Audrey is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses this to help children and adolescents find healing after experiencing trauma or loss. Audrey is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and uses this type of therapy to facilitate healing of past trauma and overcome limiting beliefs that keep people stuck in old patterns of behavior.
It is Audrey’s belief that each person has been created with a unique beauty and innate worth and it is a sacred privilege to hear a client’s story. She values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and strives to walk with clients as a guide and witness on their path to hope and wholeness. No matter their past, people deserve peace in the present and hope for their future.
